Gaidis Bērziņš

Attorney at law

Master of Laws (Mg.iur.) and lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia, Civil Law Section. Gaidis has been Minister of Justice and Chairman of the 12th Saeima Law Commission. Gaidis is highly specialised and known in Latvia as one of the leading insolvency law specialists with long practical experience since 1999. He is the author of numerous publications.

Awards: Badge of Honour of the First Degree of the Judicial System.
